Although we try to make the coolest purses in the world, we're happy to accept returns. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:
Unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Packaged in the original packaging with all hang-tags attached.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
How to Make a Return
Prepare your package: Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with tags attached. Include a copy of your sales receipt inside the box, along with your return address, phone number, and any specific instructions.
Insure and ship: For your protection, we recommend insuring your shipment for the full value of the item. Please use a traceable shipping method (e.g., USPS Priority Mail®, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within two weeks. Refunds will be credited automatically to your original method of payment.
