Return Policy

Items purchased online at www.escamastudio.com must be returned for refund within 15 DAYS from the date which the shipment was received.

Here is how to make a return: 

• Make sure that the item is in its original and unused condition with original hang-tags attached.
• Include a copy of your sales receipt, return address, phone number, instructions in the box.
• Insure your shipment for the value of the item. Use a shipping method that is traceable (e.g. Priority Mail®, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
