Lapse in quality control

I have been a huge supporter of Escama since my first bag over 10 years ago. I have 5 designs fpr myself as well as pins and more. I have provided the Fransica bags to many nieces from age 16-24, all loved them. However, before I could wrap this latest purchase I needed to spend 20 minutes filing it. Every tab on 1 side of the shoulder strap had a rough edge from where the tab was attached to the can before removal. They would have caught on clothing and irritated, perhaps cut, skin. I would have returned but my husband needed to take it in 2 days to a friend in Europe.
Very disappointed but hope this notification improves quality control.
